What if I don’t want to do the workouts in my home?
If in-home workouts are not what you need, a fully functional private studio, located in downtown Whitby, is available to clients.

Do you have to be in good shape before you join?
The classes were developed to accommodate all levels, shapes and sizes. You will be challenged, but NOBODY will be left behind or asked to do more than they are capable of doing safely. My program gives people the opportunity to meet new friends whose health and fitness goals are similar. So no matter what you age or size, this class is for you!
