Do I need a consultation?
It is usually recommended to have an initial consultation. This gives you a chance to meet with the trainer and decide whether or not you will feel comfortable with this person. Feeling comfortable with your trainer makes the workouts much more enjoyable and is an important factor to whether or not you will commit to the sessions. An initial consultation allows for you to be able to ask questions and alleviate any concerns you may have.

What if I don’t have equipment?
No problem. During an initial consultation, this is one of the factors we discuss. Equipment may be brought to you for the workouts in your home. Once you get into a routine, you can buy any equipment you may need through Physical Effects.

Do we talk about diet?
In all sessions, nutrition and diet is discussed as it goes hand-in-hand with whatever program you are doing. Fueling your body with healthy food choices is 75% of the puzzle. If a more in-depth session is needed, a Grocery 101 or in-home nutrition coaching session can always be booked.

Can I train with a friend / partner / spouse?
Of course! Training with a partner or friend enhances the workout experience by creating a support system. Having someone to share in the process can make the workouts fun and create an even greater level of accountability and commitment.
